The 26-year-old actress, who recently spoke about her difficulty filming the S&M sex scenes featured in the movie, looked sensational in the dress which gave her boyish frame the illusion of curves. Keira played it simple teaming up the outfit with black shoes and a ring. There was just the right amount of sexiness and sophistication going on with Knightley's outfit - classy stuff indeed.

Wearing a blue jacket and a black leotard exposing her bum cheeks, Kitty Brucknell didn't care about completely covering up on the night. The Wizard Of Oz-esque shoes didn't match the outfit, especially as it contrasted with Kitty's sparkly bits on her leotard. Her Geisha purse, sunglasses and waist belt seemed a bit unnecessary.
